WTO members (32): Angola, Bangladesh, Benin, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cambodia, Central African Republic, Chad, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Djibouti, Gambia, Guinea, Guinea Bissau, Haiti, Lesotho, Madagascar, Malawi, Maldives (moving towards graduation from the LDC group), Mali, Mauritania, Mozambique, Myanmar, Nepal, Niger, Rwanda, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands, Tanzania, Togo, Uganda, Zambia
WTO observers (12): Afghanistan, Bhutan, Comoros, Equatorial Guinea, Ethiopia, Lao People’s Democratic Republic, Liberia, Samoa (with the imminent possibility of graduation from the LDC group), Sao Tomé and Principe, Sudan, Vanuatu, Yemen (currently discussing accession to membership).
Not WTO members or observers (5): Eritrea, Kiribati, Somalia, Timor-Leste, Tuvalu
